Jenny Lynne Sessions – Humanistic Counsellor & Practitioner of Shamanic Healing Arts

My intention is to act as a facilitator between animals and people, the visible worlds and the invisible worlds. I believe in the profound power of spiritual truths. I have trained as a Humanistic counsellor and align myself with a Transpersonal approach.

From my perspective, working with horses and all of the animal kingdom on both the physical and non-ordinary levels of reality has enabled me, and I have found enabled others, to see our true reflections and grow with grace. Quite simply, I feel passionate about facilitating equine-assisted learning and therapy. It is a profound healing tool and agent for change.

As a creative catalyst I have facilitated change and transformation within colleges, organisations, individuals, couples, groups and on a consultancy basis using Shamanic tools, voice work, storytelling, visualisation, meditation, symbolic art, dance, earth based medicine, ceremony and spiritual guidance.

I am a Sundoor Master Firewalk Instructor and facilitate Inner Fire Healings Animal Spirit Medicine, Soul Retrieval, Journey work, Recapitulation and healing through Shamanic Song.
My work is known for its high energy, multi-cultural influences, multidimensionality, creative spark and humour. I operate from a place of deep compassion, reverence and respect for all sentient beings. I also, serve as a channel of Higher Guidance.

Amongst others I’ve been blessed with teachings from renowned Shaman and teacher Sandra Ingerman, practical mystic Peggy Dylan; Psychologist/Shaman, Dr Adele Ryan McDowell; Horse expert and Psychotherapist, Josephine Sellars and Natural Horse trainer, Caroline Baldock ex jockey and co-author of books with Monty Roberts, horse whisperer.

I have also had the great pleasure and honour to travel the world in order to study with, and be mentored by, a number of indigenous shamans and wisdom keepers including:
